Burlington Developments are interested in purchasing sites without existing planning permission, or where existing planning permission has lapsed, across London and the Home Counties. We are also willing to consider sites further afield.

Our main requirements are as follows:

  • Commercial buildings, brownfield and industrial sites. Suitable sites include warehouses, scaffolding yards, garages, builders merchants and other light commercial use sites;
  • Development sites and buildings with lapsed planning permission;
  • Income producing assets where there is short term investment potential with longer term planning potential;
  • Opportunities where planning permission may be considered difficult to gain;
  • Buildings in poor condition where there is development potential;
  • Strategic sites with long term planning potential;
  • Sites where owners may wish to retain assets within the development, and
  • Sites with existing planning permission.
