Burlington Developments are entirely self-funded and have access to substantial private equity resources.

Offers made are therefore not subject to Bank Funding, review by Finance Committee or appointment of a JV partner. All acquisitions are financed solely via Burlington Developments through their own internal cash resources which are under the control of our Board.

As a result, we are able to move extremely quickly when purchasing development sites as we do not have to satisfy financial third parties when agreeing a deal.
